  2. Business number 4040895; account number = your invoice number.
  3. Enter the amount, your PIN and confirm. Your receipt arrives by email and SMS once matched.

Billing questions, answered

What happens when the free trial ends?

Choose a package and pay to keep going. Your trial data stays in place, so nothing needs to be set up again.

What if a renewal payment is late?

You keep full access for a 7-day grace period. From day 8 the system becomes read-only (you can still view and export data), from day 30 login is limited to the billing page, and on day 60 unpaid the subscription is cancelled. Data stays available for export for 90 days after cancellation.

Can I add users in the middle of the year?

Yes. New users and devices get access immediately and are charged pro rata on a separate invoice due within 7 days. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

What is your refund policy?

Annual plans cancelled within 30 days of the first payment receive a pro-rated refund to the original payment method (M-Pesa B2C, PayPal or card). After that there is no refund for the current term.

Will my prices change?

Prices are fixed for the paid term. Renewal increases are capped at 10% a year. All prices exclude 16% VAT, and every subscription invoice is eTIMS-compliant.

Can I hide the "G-amini ERP by Braysons" line on my invoices?

No. You can fully brand your documents with your logo, colours, fonts and layout, but every PDF generated by G-amini carries a small "G-amini ERP by Braysons" line in the footer on every package.
